Empowering Change: Strategies to Communicate, Engage, and Overcome Resistance

Change is inevitable, but navigating it effectively requires a structured approach. In this session, we'll explore how training and development professionals can leverage the ADKAR framework (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement) to drive successful change initiatives.

Jeremy will share experiences to help build awareness of the need for change, foster desire among stakeholders, equip teams with the knowledge and skills to adapt, and reinforce changes. This session will focus on leveraging best practices to help communicate more clearly, engage stakeholders, and address resistance, empowering you to lead change with more confidence.
