Professional Development Session | Creating a Culture of Evidence (Virtual)
Establishing a culture of evidence starts with fueling the learning environment with purposefully designed learning assessments and program evaluations. This session will review the assessment cycle and how it can be used to develop learning outcomes, create learning opportunities, assess learning, and use the results to make data driven decisions.

Matt Skoy received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from North Dakota State University, master’s degree in Education Administration from Iowa State University, and recently completed his PhD in Institutional Effectiveness from NDSU. Matt started his career at NDSU where he served for 11 years in Student Affairs. When he was the Director of Student Activities, Matt was responsible for leading his department and creating curriculum designed to ensure growth and development of students, faculty, and staff. After his time at NDSU, Matt joined the Aldevron team and is currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager.
