Professional Development Session | Becoming a Better T & D Business Partner: The Power of Leveraging Situational Mindsets (Virtual)

Leaders cannot have all the right answers to groundbreaking challenges, but they can ask the right questions to trigger ideas, insights, and opportunities. Practicing Situational Mindsets closes the gap between what we think we know and what we must understand to prevent missteps and blunders. Research on 6,000 leaders reveals six results-oriented mindsets that improve outcomes. Practicing Situational Mindset engages others, surfaces all pieces of the puzzle, and gains support for implementation.

More than 75% of CEOs are concerned with the shortage of critical thinking, mental agility, and strategic acumen. COVID-19 reveals the need to address dynamic situations effectively. This program provides a checklist to ensure that leaders make the right call at the right time.

Objectives:

1. Examine how adding situational mindsets improves outcomes

2. Learn how a mindset checklist improves engagement, prevents blind spots and delivers results

3. Explore a case where objective situational mindsets improved executive team effectiveness
