Learning Through Experiences: Structured On The Job Training (Bismarck)

On the job training happens at every job and every place of work. Structured on the job training is organizing these learning activities to be experiences rather than happenstances. In this session we cover how to create an on the job learning program that is designed to help employees gain hands on knowledge while still meeting learning competencies and work outcomes.

Sabrina manages a team who develops and implements learning strategies and programs including e-learning courses as well as virtual and in-person workshops. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from MSUM
