Presenter: Raquel Nachatilo - HR Director, Missouri Valley Family YMCA

Raquel Nachatilo, PHR, SHRM-CP, is currently the Human Resources Director at the Missouri Valley Family YMCA in Bismarck. She has 14 years of Human Resources experience in the areas of employee relations, organizational development, performance management, benefits, compensation, recruitment, and compliance. Raquel was awarded the Central Dakota Human Resources Association Top Member in 2015 and 2016 and was a nominee for the North Dakota HR Professional Excellence in Human Resource Management Award in 2017. She also received the Prairie Business Magazine 40 Under 40 award in 2018, the same year the Bismarck YMCA was recognized by Prairie Business as one of the 50 Best Places to Work in the region.
