Please join us for a Knowledge Café where we will share ideas and learn from each other regarding challenges chapter members have experienced in their own organization or work.

Specifically, we will explore the following topics: 

• When to centralize or decentralize training activities
• When to use external services to provide learning and development
• Favorite external resources for learning and development
• Effective orientation

Come prepared to share ideas, best practices, and learn from each other

Location: Great Plains Room of the BSC Student Union.  Networking luncheon from 11:30 am - 11:55am.  You are welcome to bring lunch or purchase one from the BSC Mystic Café.
