Who coaches the coaches? Coaching senior leaders and execs can be done! Ronelle Mehlhoff, VP of Training and Development at Starion Bank, will share three tools that can make executive coaching easier. Learn what should be included in an Individual Development Plan (IDP) for a new exec, the role of peer mentoring, and how to provide feedback.

Ronelle Mehlhoff serves as VP of Training & Development for Starion Bank where she's responsible for executive coaching, as well as learning and development strategy. She has been coaching senior banking leaders for nearly two decades throughout the country, holds certification in coaching and is a member of NDATD and ATD.

Location: Great Plains Room of the BSC Student Union. Networking luncheon from 11:30 am - 11:55am. You are welcome to bring lunch or purchase one from the BSC Mystic Café.
