Communication Styles for Trainers (FARGO)

Elephants, Horses, Owls and Tigers oh my! During this interactive session, you will not only learn about your own communication style but also how to teach on communication styles. There are a lot of various communication assessments available but with the animal spin on this one, participants remember more. Learn how to get participants to teach each other and really reflect on flexing their style to work better with others. 

Presenter 

Mitch Johnson works at CoreLink Administrative Solutions as a Collaboration Specialist. He is a 2017 graduate from the Chamber of Commerce’s Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Leadership program in which he, along with 5 others, developed Experience FMWF – a program that helps college students get connected and engaged to the greater Fargo Moorhead West Fargo community. Additionally he serves at the Co-Director of Program for North Dakota Leadership Seminar, VP of Membership for North Dakota Association for Talent Development, and serves on a variety of other committees in the Fargo-Moorhead area.
