This session covers the theory and application of the ROPES model, which provides a framework of key ingredients for creating, structuring, and delivering effective instructional classes.

Tino Simon has almost 20 years of training and technology experience with a variety of organizations including Microsoft, General Electric, Gateway Computers, the National Institutes of Health, the U.S. Department of State and North Dakota State University. He has worked on ILT, VLT and e-learn course creation and delivery for a wide range of products and a variety of soft skills. Currently he manages global training programs at Microsoft.
He holds an MBA, and is finishing up a PhD in Adult and Occupational Education.
