What can you learn from a horse about business? More than you think.  Cherie Sanstead of Harmony Stables will share what she's learned about business, teamwork and goals setting in the horse arena.

During this session, she'll prompt you to reflect on your effectiveness as a project leader, your response to roadblocks, time constraints and communication challenges within your team.

Learn something new about yourself, consider the possibilities and new outcomes for your entire team, both professionally and personally.

About the presenter:

Cherie Sanstead is Owner/Manager at Harmony Stables & Equine Training Center.  She grew into her horse passion as an adult, after working in HR and owning several small businesses.  She is passionate about providing people with access to the horses, in the form of riding lessons, clinics and trainings and Equine Guided Learning activites, as she has seen first-hand how horses enrich people’s lives and provide invaluable life lessons.  She and her husband, Jon, have two teenage children along with several pets, including a goat named “Mo.”
