What if everything you know about reflection is backwards? Most of us save it for the end—a quick debrief, maybe a plus/delta. But our brains forget fast, and by the time we ask "So, what did you learn?" most of it is already gone. Weave reflection before, during, and after the learning, and you work with the brain, not against it. Participants retain more, apply it faster, and remember what matters.
