 Angie Edenborg, President

Angie Edenborg specializes in soft skills training and is an Emergenetics Certified Advanced Associate. Angie has 20+ years of experience in the training industry. Prior to joining CoreLink she held various training and management positions at Great Plains Software/Microsoft. She holds Bachelors of Science degrees in Management and Business Administration from MSU-Moorhead.  Angie lives in Moorhead and is married with two children. 

 

 

 
Kimberly Rasmussen-Anderson, Vice President of Communications            
               

Kimberly Rasmusson-Anderson has 17 years of professional experience in the areas of customer service, technical support, leadership, training, technical writing, and project management. She is currently a Senior Content Developer at Microsoft. She and her team produce various online training experiences, ranging from exploration and readiness video content to massive open online courses. Kimberly graduated from the University of North Dakota with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She lives in Glyndon with her husband Kevin and two children.

 

 Mary Schoenborn - Vice-President - Programs
               

Mary has over 20 years of experience in leadership and employee development, as well as consulting and sales experience. Mark has worked in the hospitality, healthcare, higher education, and technology industries. Mary has a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications from MSUM, and enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Kevin, and their two children.

Jess Almlie, President Elect

Jess Almlie has worked to improve the leadership capacity of employees, volunteers, students and teams for over 13 years throughout the Fargo-Moorhead community. She is currently the Leadership Development Manager at Discovery Benefits. In this role, she is envisioning and implementing a comprehensive approach to developing both existing and emerging leaders throughout the organization. Jess completed her bachelor’s degree at Concordia College in Organizational Communication and her Master’s degree at NDSU in Educational Leadership where her thesis focused on the impact of leadership training on behavior change. She has two goals every day: 1. To learn something new and 2. To help someone else take the next step in developing their leadership capacity.

 

  Angela Dworshak, Vice-President - Finance

Angela Dworshak has over 20 years of professional customer service experience in the areas of: training, administrative leadership, technology and sales. She is the Enterprise Technology  Education & Training Manager at Sanford Health in Fargo, ND. At Sanford Health she and her team are responsible for coordinating and teaching various software and hardware technologies to employees through instructor-led classes, online courses (CBT’s), and via webinars. Angela graduated from Minnesota State University of Moorhead with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She lives in Moorhead with her husband Jerald, son Nathan, and daughters Melissa, and Natalie.

 

                                      
 

Kari Tews, Vice-President - Membership and Marketing 

Kari is the Learning and Development: Retail Instructor for First International Bank and Trust in Fargo. She has a combined 14 years of experience in learning and development. Prior to entering the banking field, Kari worked  Higher Education, developing Distance and Community Education programs, and student recruitment and onboarding strategies.

Kari received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from North Dakota State University. She lives in West Fargo with her husband Joseph.

Kelly McDonald, Vice-President - Technology

Kelly McDonald is a Technology Trainer at AgCountry Farm Credit Services. Kelly is focused on helping employees maximize their productivity through technology, including mobile devices. She has been supporting and training software users across various organizations since 2000 by delivering classroom, one-on-one, or online training. Kelly and her husband farm and ranch southwest of Fargo with their 3 children.

 

                 
                              
Lindsie Schoenack, Past President
 
Lindsie Schoenack is the Learning and Development Director at Discovery Benefits. Lindsie has nearly 15 years of experience in higher education and in workplace learning. Currently she is tasked with monitoring and measuring effectiveness of training programs, ensuring training resources are in place, and helping to develop trainers internally. She has been a member of the F-M Chapter of the Association for Training and Development since 2013. Lindsie received her master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Concordia University Wisconsin in 2003 and is currently working on an Ed.D. in Occupational and Adult Education from North Dakota State University with particular emphasis on occupational and adult education. She and her husband, Aaron live in Fargo with their two children.
