    Officially, project managers are accountable for the success or failure of a project. But there are plenty of us without the project manager title who do this in some aspect of our role. If this sounds familiar, this mini-conference is for you. The afternoon will bring in two speakers who will explore several project management techniques that you can use to be more effective in your role on the project team.

    Fill your toolbox with great project management tools to help anyone achieve success. Learn about simple technologies, project plans, and other tools to help the non-project manager manage their work.

    Sara Stolt

    Sara is the Founder and Chief Task Master of The Project Co. located in Fargo, ND. She believes thriving organization often have solid strategies but need help making them a reality. Sara has spent nearly 20 years working on internal operations for nonprofits and businesses in the FM region. Her experience spans community development, human resources, project management, leadership development, process improvement, program management, and organizational development. Sara earner her BS in Speech and Mass Communications form North Dakota State University and a Masters in Strategic Leadership from University of Mary.

One of the tools we have as PM’s is to NOT just run meetings that run away from you, but to facilitate meetings, whether 1:1 or large stakeholder meetings, that create agility and success.     Pam McGee

    Pam McGee launched the first Project Management minor at Mayville State University in 1995 and has since traveled the world speaking on various project management topics. Pam is the owner of pMcGee & Company and co-Chair Professional Management Department at MSU-Moorhead. You will find her spending her day with students, working on projects for the university, teaching classes, and helping businesses through executive coaching, keynotes, meeting facilitation, and people project management consulting.
