Intro to Project Management for Trainers
Join us as Mark Fitzloff takes us on a walk-through of Project Management at a high-level using a series of "maps" to walk-through the life cycle to understand how organizations use projects to increase value-add, and what projects look like from a process prospective.  Mark will also provide an overview of four Project Management offerings at the University of Mary for those who may be interested in learning more about project management.

Presenter Information:

Mark Fitzloff, MBA, MPM, PMP, has been teaching at the University of Mary since 2008 and is the Program Director for the Master of Project Management. In his full time roll, he has been employed at Microsoft for over 13 years. Prior to Microsoft, he served as a professional firefighter, paramedic, and rescue diver for the Watertown Fire Department in South Dakota. Mark is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Mark has a passion for project management curriculum and bringing principles of project management into the workplace.
