As learning professionals our job is to provide information in such a way that it is retained after the learning event. But we are fighting basic biology as the human brain naturally forgets information over time.
This session will highlight the "Forgetting Curve" and outline steps learning and development professionals can take to ensure retention of the material shared.

In her current role at Doosan Bobcat she is responsible for the professional development of 1300 employees across North America. Along with her experience in coaching leaders and teams, Ellie has led global training efforts and built mentoring and leadership programs. Ellie is a certified Gallup Strengths coach and holds her SPHR and SHRM – SCP certifications.
