USING METRICS TO TELL YOUR TRAINING STORY (Fargo)

Metrics are powerful. Well... they can be powerful if used correctly. When the best metrics are gathered and used, they can help to make solid business decisions and show the value of training to a larger audience. Metrics have the potential to tell your training story in a way that is both clear and effective.

But, how do you know what metrics to use? How do you find them? How do you present them? Using their own examples, Learning Experience team members from Discovery Benefits will share the answers to these questions and more.

This session will cover:

  • Figuring out what metrics will best tell the story
  • How to gather the data needed
  • How to report the data so it connects with the right audience
  • Overall tips and tricks we have learned during our own data journey
