Mentoring relationships are the single most powerful tool we have to develop talent and ourselves. However, mentoring can only create impact and drive results if five essential skills are used by mentors and mentees to optimize learning experiences. Do you know what those skills are?
Whether you could benefit from a high impact mentoring experience in your own life, or you are involved in helping to plan a mentoring program for others, this mini-conference is for you! Throughout the afternoon, we will dive into tools needed for mentoring success and show you how to use them. Join expert facilitator and mentoring pro Jenn Labin, Chief Talent & Diversity Officer at MentorcliQ and author of the book, Mentoring Programs that Work for an interactive afternoon.
