I don't want to grow up! presented by Amy Jo Johnson

There came a point in our lives where we HAD to grow up and the inner child within us got lost and the stress of life came into play.  This session will take you back to your inner child who will help you find the fun in the life you were meant to live.

We will identify and understand what our stresses are and how they affect us as well as others and the environment in which we live, work and play. Learn to relieve your stresses through laughing, loving and playing.  Learn how to not sweat the small stuff and enjoy the one life you have.  Learn how to live for today and to continue to follow your dreams.

Lunch is available for purchase in the Mystic Café. Please feel free to bring with you to the Alumni Room, lower level of BSC's Student Union.

Guests are welcome!

Note: This is a program offered through the Bismarck Mandan Geographic Interest Group of the ND ATD Chapter. This event is held in Bismarck.
