Scaffolding Theory and Training Design

Description:

Instructional scaffolding is a learning process designed to promote more effective learning. Scaffolding is the support given during the learning process which is tailored to the needs of the student with the intention of helping the student achieve the learning goals.

In this session we’ll introduce Scaffolding Theory, give you some context around it, and then show how it can be applied to create engaging and effective training material.
