Virtues and Talent:  The Need in Recruitment and Development, Presented by Karel Sovak

In today’s competitive environment for talent acquisition and retention, companies are looking for any advantage when it comes to being a company of choice. Instilling the virtues into an organization’s culture can be one source of competitive advantage for companies willing to invest in the values that employees seek out when they are deciding on a career path. This presentation focuses on the use of the Cardinal virtues (prudence, justice, temperance and courage), as well as magnanimity and humility as cultural characteristics that are easy to apply to any organization. Additionally, the presentation addresses the challenges and obstacles organizations may face in moving to a virtuous environment.
