Sparking Mentorship:  Ignite your best, shine for others
Presented by:  Jeanne Masseth

The launch of BMATD presents an incredible opportunity for L&D professionals to network, develop, and learn from each other. The collective expertise of members is powerful! Join us for this inaugural event as we spotlight how to leverage expertise from potential advisors within BMATD while also contributing to the learning and growth of members.

The latest research indicates great leaders never have to make the transition from mentee to mentor.  They are constantly learning from others (playing the mentee role) and teaching others (being the mentor) throughout their careers. This interactive session explores:

  •  Strategic skills shared by mentors and mentees.
  • How to approach an advisor, interact with them, and bring value as a learner.
  • Tips for expanding your mentor network to a wide variety of experts in all industries and age brackets.
  • Simple strategies to be a better mentor and learning broker.
  • Connecting with fellow BMATD members.
