Blend it Up! Successful Hybrid Learning

Presented by Katie Ehlis

Meaningful engagement is one of the most important goals of an instructional designer but it can be difficult when we are only able to leverage one specific delivery method. Blended or hybrid programs allow instructional designers to create learning experiences that are truly engaging and inciting for a variety of learning styles. Leveraging blended or hybrid learning allows instructional designers to be creative and think outside of the box. This presentation will discuss the different instructional design delivery methods and how you can begin to create a powerful blended program leveraging tools that don't have to break the bank. Katie Ehlis, owner of Katie Ehlis Learning & Development will discuss her past experiences designing and developing successful hybrid learning programs and share with you some strategies and tools you can leverage in your own organization.
